Richard A. Menard III

Captain Richard A. Menard III has committed the last 17 years to his career in Campus Law Enforcement, as the administrative and operational supervisor for the Becker College Police Department. He is a recipient of MACLEA’s Outstanding Contribution to Dedication and Professionalism of Campus Law Enforcement Award, in 2007. He is a past Secretary of the Association and currently serves on both the Awards Committee and the Training Committee. He is a member of the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (FBI-LEEDA), the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA), the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and the National Association of Clery Compliance Officers and Professionals (NACCOP). He holds both Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry degrees from Anna Maria College. Captain Menard currently proudly serves in his second year as the Vice President of MACLEA.
